An ERP engineered for complex enterprise operations.
An integrated platform — finance, procurement, sales, logistics, manufacturing, multi-entity governance, projects, compliance and reporting — engineered for organisations whose operations cannot afford failure. Every operational module writes to the same ledger in real time, on the same release cadence. Fiscal localisation engineered at the engine tier, with the depth of three decades of home-market regulatory engineering behind it — and engineered extensibility to additional regimes on the same release cadence.
An integrated platform, not a federation of modules
Every operational module — finance, procurement, sales, logistics, manufacturing, projects — writes its journal entry in the same transaction. Period close becomes a query against a live ledger, not a reconciliation project at month-end.
Multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-statutory
Group consolidations, intercompany flows, currency revaluation and parallel statutory and management views — handled by the engine at the entry, not by spreadsheets at month-end. EUR, GBP, PEN, USD, COP and additional currencies in real time.
Production-tested across regulated industries and regions
The back office of industrial operations, distribution, retail, hospital networks and public administration. In production at depth across home markets in Europe and Latin America ; further deployments in France, the United Kingdom and additional regions.
Fiscal compliance engineered at the engine tier
Native compliance with home-market fiscal regimes — multi-jurisdiction VAT and e-invoicing, real-time tax reporting, statutory closing on the engine's release cadence, not as a partner-supplied add-on. Jurisdictional coverage detailed under Localisation.
Modules
Coherent, integrated, opinionated about the operational reality of complex enterprises. The deepest localisation reflects home markets where regulatory engineering has been built across decades ; the engineering platform extends to wherever complex operations demand more than the global standard.
Finance & Invoicing
General ledger, sub-ledgers, multi-currency, audit-grade journal traceability, real-time invoicing. Engine-level fiscal-compliance behaviours per regime.
Procurement
Supplier master, RFQ, purchase orders, three-way match against goods receipt, contract life-cycle, supplier portal.
Supply chain & Logistics
Multi-warehouse stock, lot and serial traceability, demand planning, transfer orders. Pairs with Axional WMS for high-throughput operations.
Manufacturing
MRP and master scheduling, BOMs and routings, work orders, shop-floor capture, quality and maintenance. Used in production at industrial-scale customers.
Multi-entity & Fiscal
Group hierarchies, intercompany flows, multi-currency, multi-tier consolidation. Statutory and management views in parallel.
Project Management
WBS, multi-version budgets, project-driven labour and procurement, milestone billing, multi-GAAP revenue recognition.
Axional vs the global ERP standard — when to pick which
| Global ERP standard | Axional | |
|---|---|---|
| Best fit | 100-country multinational, single ERP standard | ✓ Complex enterprise — multi-entity, fiscally complex, regulated. Deepest where decades of home-market engineering have built regulatory coverage ; extensible to other regions. |
| Multi-jurisdiction fiscal compliance | Yes, via localisation modules | ✓ Yes, native — built into the engine |
| Implementation cost | High — multi-year, multi-million | ✓ A fraction of the global-standard equivalent |
| Year-on-year licence cost | High | ✓ A fraction of the global-standard equivalent |
| Customisation flexibility | Moderate — within vendor boundaries | ✓ High — extensions on the same platform |
| Time to value | 6–12 months | ✓ 3–9 months |
Engineered for operational complexity, not for the global standard
Axional is not a 100-country global ERP. It is the engineering answer for organisations whose operational complexity — multi-entity, fiscally complex, regulated, industrial — sits between the SMB suite and the multinational standard.
The deepest fit is in the home markets where three decades of regulatory engineering have built it ; jurisdictional coverage is detailed under Localisation. The engineering platform is also in production across France, the United Kingdom and additional regions where complex operations demand more than a global one-size-fits-all standard.
If your operations are multi-entity, fiscally complex and operationally demanding, Axional is built for you. If your operations are 100-country and one-ERP-fits-all, the global standard is built for you.
What enterprise buyers ask before the fit conversation.
What is Axional ERP?
Axional ERP is an integrated ERP engineered by Deister Software for multi-entity, fiscally complex and regulated organisations. Finance, procurement, sales, logistics, manufacturing, projects, compliance and reporting write to the same ledger in the same transaction, so period close is a query against a live ledger rather than a month-end reconciliation project.
Is Axional ERP an alternative to SAP S/4HANA?
For the right organisation, yes. A global ERP standard is the better fit for a 100-country multinational that wants one ERP everywhere. Axional fits the complex enterprise between the SMB suite and that standard: multi-entity, fiscally complex, regulated and operationally demanding, with implementation and licence costs at a fraction of the global-standard equivalent and a typical time to value of three to nine months.
Which countries' fiscal requirements does Axional ERP cover?
Spain is the deepest localisation: SII, TicketBAI, Verifactu, modelos 347 and 349, and FACe and FACeB2B e-invoicing. Peru is in production: SUNAT CPE, libros electrónicos, PDT-PLAME and IGV. Colombia is supported, including DIAN electronic invoicing. Further regimes, such as Pakistan (FBR), are engineered into the engine as commercial requirements warrant. Localisation is released on the engine's own cadence, not through a partner pack.
Does Axional ERP handle multi-entity and multi-currency groups?
Yes, at the engine layer. Group consolidation, intercompany flows, currency revaluation and parallel statutory and management views are handled when the entry is posted, not in spreadsheets at month-end. EUR, GBP, PEN, USD, COP and additional currencies are supported in real time.
Which industries run Axional ERP in production?
Industrial operations, distribution, retail, hospital networks and public administration, at depth across Europe and Latin America, with further deployments in France, the United Kingdom and additional regions. Manufacturing (MRP, BOMs, routings, shop-floor capture) is in production at industrial-scale customers.
Can Axional ERP be extended to our own processes?
Yes. Extensions are built on the same platform the ERP runs on, the Airtool application platform, so they share the ERP's data model, security perimeter, audit trail and release cadence instead of living in a separate customisation layer.
